WELCOME to the GRIMS (Global and Regional Ionosphere Monitoring System) program. This system is designed to provide continuous monitoring of the ionosphere, detecting and tracking any anomalies on a daily basis. It is a critical tool for scientists and researchers who rely on accurate and up-to-date information about the state of the ionosphere.

THE GRIMS program comprises two main modules: the Global and Regional programs. The Global program is responsible for monitoring the ionosphere on a global scale, collecting data from around the world to produce a comprehensive overview of ionospheric activity. The Regional program, on the other hand, focuses on specific areas of interest (Currently only Turkey), providing detailed information about the ionosphere in specific regions.

ONE of the primary benefits of the GRIMS program is the ability to access anomaly maps. These maps are generated through various processes, providing valuable insight into the state of the ionosphere at any given time. From the GRIMS menu, you can easily access these maps and stay informed about the latest developments in ionospheric activity.

Check out the Change Log below for recent changes.

GRIMS is the product of a collaborative effort between individuals from various scientific disciplines. The system undergoes constant updates and improvements to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness. Currently, a live version of the system is available for testing, development, and ongoing updates.
